Gratitude is a powerful emotion that helps us celebrate the present moment. Practicing gratitude can increase happiness, enhance physical and mental health and improve relationships. The good news is that research suggests that we can train ourselves to become more grateful. In a series of five group meetings you will learn to develop and enhance your gratitude practice.
What will I learn in these group meetings?
In these group meetings you will:
- understand what gratitude is and the benefits associated with it
- identify myths surrounding gratitude which may prevent us from practicing it
- learn and practice gratitude exercises that will lead to noticeable gains in your day-to-day life
- reflect on your own gratitude practice and learn how to solidify it
